If Everardo Colas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Marten Palermo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Marten Palermo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marten Palermo in the 11th minute of play. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Fede Gomes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. 16 minutes into the game, Marten Palermo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Modesto Bernal might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Zorita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Modesto Bernal ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute, Marten Palermo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 23 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Leguizamo. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Colas in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Marten Palermo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marten Palermo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 30thth minute of the game Everardo Colas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Colas came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dong Ming Qian in the 37th minute of play. The corner led Belfegor FC's Dong Ming Qian to a score. 0-4 in the 38th minute. Everardo Colas succeeded in the game's 42nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Simon Lapurdi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belfegor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Salvador the free kick. In the 54th minute, Simon Lapurdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute of the match Mateo Leguizamo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fede Gomes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Belfegor FC's Everardo Colas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 60th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Leguizamo to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd match minute, Belfegor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Bernal to maneuver through the defense. Belfegor FC's Saverio Orlondon was substituted for Cesar Barbosa. After 65 played minutes Belfegor FC got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Bernal. Mateo Leguizamo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fede Gomes. Belfegor FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dong Ming Qian came free in the 68th minute and tried to tip the ball over Ricardo Zorita, but to the joy of El Salvador's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Marten Palermo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belfegor FC made a substitution. Domingos Nabar replaced Simon Lapurdi. In the 93rdth minute of the game Marten Palermo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. El Salvador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Modesto Bernal scored to the left of an out of position Ricardo Zorita, making the score, 0-7. When the final whistle sounded Belfegor FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Salvador.
