Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Panama defense, 方磊耀 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. After 17 minutes, 康渊常 made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Panama's Marcos Cotilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 23 minutes, Tomas Berganza made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. 广西来宾剑鱼代表队's 蒋青洲 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 方磊耀, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 康渊常 went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. 康渊常 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 蒋青洲 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 方磊耀 made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, 康渊常 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 广西来宾剑鱼代表队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 康渊常 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 蒋青洲 came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Isidoro Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. The 广西来宾剑鱼代表队 fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when 广西来宾剑鱼代表队's 方磊耀 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 69 played minutes 广西来宾剑鱼代表队 got a freekick which was hit by 邓斐勇. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. 蒋青洲 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. 蒋青洲 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Panama's Abraham Alguacil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 蒋青洲 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-5. Aaron Barrios hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. In the 80th minute of the match 方磊耀 sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla skillfully saved the ball. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by 康渊常 in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Jose Carita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 康渊常 kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Panama's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
