Noel Seide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Cuarto in the 45th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Rodney Emmanuel hit a great ball. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Rey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 54th minute, Victoriano Jakes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute Jonathan Alphonse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Azeari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Jonatan Cuarto made a precise shot to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Arnaldo Vistruario hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Jonathan Alphonse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Luciano Azeari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Saint Jean Pierre got a free kick in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Jonathan Alphonse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haiti's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Alphonse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Azeari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amador Mundo struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Noel Seide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrilete Cósmico. When the final whistle sounded Barrilete Cósmico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Haiti.
