Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes of play, New England Patriots's Sahnoyan Şah made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 12 minutes into the match, New England Patriots's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Gerrit Hardering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, New England Patriots was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Didi Castro to maneuver through the defense. Gerrit Hardering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Sahnoyan Şah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Escribano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerrit Hardering. New England Patriots's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximiliano Escribano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 35th match minute, New England Patriots was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerrit Hardering prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sahnoyan Şah to strike the kick off in the second half. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Cordeiro in the 54th minute of play. The New England Patriots fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when New England Patriots's Sahnoyan Şah looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gerrit Hardering took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to New England Patriots getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jonathan Libertad hit a great ball. Gerrit Hardering was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jaime Cazalla. Thanks to some nice moves Francisco Seco could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Gerrit Hardering however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Cordeiro in the 71st minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fellipe Penha in the 77th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Francisco Seco took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Gerrit Hardering to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in New England Patriots's zone, Camilo Franco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerrit Hardering came out of the goal and Camilo Franco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximiliano Escribano struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Gerrit Hardering didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Despite being the better team, Uruguay failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
