Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, E-xplosión Blue 8k's Federico Jaraba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juan Sebastián Puig was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 13th minute, Federico Jaraba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of E-xplosión Blue 8k's Roger Miguelez. Roger Miguelez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the E-xplosión Blue 8k defense, Felix Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roger Miguelez. The E-xplosión Blue 8k fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roger Miguelez should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Jaraba in the 26th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho scored 1-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roger Miguelez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Federico Jaraba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Weather Cenzano's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Weather Cenzano helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes E-xplosión Blue 8k got a freekick which was hit by Weather Cenzano. Simon Ayala might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Simon Ayala ran back to his position shaking his head.

E-xplosión Blue 8k's Roger Miguelez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save E-xplosión Blue 8k from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, Weather Cenzano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Ayala scored 2-3 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 61 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, E-xplosión Blue 8k was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan-Carlos Riancho to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th match minute, E-xplosión Blue 8k was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Beturian to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, E-xplosión Blue 8k's Roger Miguelez got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nivaldo Carreira's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nivaldo Carreira helped the player get up and apologised. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Miguelez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in 80 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Roger Miguelez guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. E-xplosión Blue 8k's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Roger Miguelez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Roger Miguelez made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Roger Miguelez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
