Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cassius Byrne took the kick off in the first half of the match. Romeu Guedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. A collision led to Guararapes getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Vinicio Bermudo hit a great ball. Romeu Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Guararapes's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Romeu Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Vinicio Bermudo came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Guararapes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinicio Bermudo couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Guararapes getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Tenorio Urrue hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Monty Rogers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeu Guedes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Guararapes's Vinicio Bermudo in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Dida Pena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ragıp Işık could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. 39 minutes into the match, Ragıp Işık dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marco Day, 1-2. Romeu Guedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Ragıp Işık took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Day. Marco Day dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vinicio Bermudo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Guararapes's Nuno do Nascimento in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Romeu Guedes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Monty Rogers went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 56th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeu Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno do Nascimento in the 61st minute of play. Guararapes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ragıp Işık in the 62nd minute. Koby Fletcher thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Marco Day, a very annoying self made goal in the 62nd minute which led to 3-3. In the 67thth minute of the game Vinicio Bermudo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Guararapes's goalkeeper Romeu Guedes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Mcdonald. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragıp Işık, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Luiz Eduardo Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Luiz Eduardo Mineiro kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Sam Campbell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Rencio in the 80th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Romeu Guedes in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Guararapes's Francisco Rencio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, USA's Romeu Guedes threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Khalid Parry, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Vinicio Bermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Guararapes's goal looked a bit too open when Khalid Parry came free, but Romeu Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Romeu Guedes throw himself and got hold of the ball when Khalid Parry in the 95thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Despite being the better team, USA failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
