With a couple of smart ball manuevers 方磊耀 in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. In the 37th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 康渊常, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The referee gave 邓斐勇 a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, 广西来宾剑鱼代表队's 邓斐勇 got a free kick in the 74th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when 康渊常 got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Panama fans cheered their team off the field, for while 广西来宾剑鱼代表队 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
