Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Silverio Lluterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Silverio Lluterio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 14th minute, Silverio Lluterio made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silverio Lluterio in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Silverio Lluterio managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Candela FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silverio Lluterio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silverio Lluterio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by La Candela FC's Silverio Lluterio. But to his dismay, Silverio Lluterio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Lluterio in the 43rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silverio Lluterio struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Candela FC. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jorge Sainz's late challenge caught a La Candela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Sainz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jorge Sainz hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Silverio Lluterio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-6. 60 minutes into the match, Silverio Lluterio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silverio Lluterio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. After a rather tough play, La Candela FC's Cosmin Moți got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Silverio Lluterio took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Joaquin Gayoso to make any attempt to save it. La Candela FC's Guaberto Bitxintxo was substituted for Gonzalo Soin. La Candela FC's Damian Servando was substituted for Silverio Lluterio. In the 73rd minute Damian Servando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Uruguay booed when La Candela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torrey Lluis didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, La Candela FC's Joaquin Gayoso threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damian Servando, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Laurenz Goddez sent off a good shot on target. Ramiro Gabrio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Seco went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-8 was the resulting score. When Damian Servando came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the La Candela FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Servando couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, La Candela FC's Cosmin Moți got a free kick in the 95th minute. La Candela FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
