After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Jamaall Padmore got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Cuarto in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Romon Oliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Epifanio Orkatz went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Romon Oliver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Luciano Azeari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Finlay Stair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Azeari having to interfere. With his leg Luciano Azeari managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Jamaica's Finlay Stair fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 26th minute, Jamaica's Jarell Hill dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After a rather tough play, Barrilete Cósmico's Amador Mundo got a free kick in the 29th minute. Wayan Freeman lost his temper 38 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romon Oliver during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Romon Oliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Cuarto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 47 minutes, Karlus Waugh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jamaica and the Barrilete Cósmico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute, Karlus Waugh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

In the 53rd minute, Karlus Waugh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Jamaica booed when Barrilete Cósmico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Tauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58th play minutes Jonatan Cuarto shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Demonde Jacobson and just under the crossbar into goal. Jonatan Cuarto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Demonde Jacobson made a huge save. When Jarell Hill fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jamaica's protests and gave Jarell Hill a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Romon Oliver. If Jonatan Salvatore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Karlus Waugh got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jamaica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marciano Rey was slow to take the kick. During this time Barrilete Cósmico's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Jamaica's goalie and right to Amador Mundo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Jamaica's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Romon Oliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonatan Cuarto in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romon Oliver in the 90th minute of play forced Barrilete Cósmico's goalkeeper Luciano Azeari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Barrilete Cósmico getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jonatan Salvatore hit a great ball. Barrilete Cósmico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
