Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angel Mena started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Billy Jacquemet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Billy Jacquemet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 6 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of West Town SC's Billy Jacquemet. Billy Jacquemet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Mena in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Frutos Rojas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Frutos Rojas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Billy Jacquemet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. West Town SC's Billy Jacquemet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 36th minute of play. Billy Jacquemet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lautaro Mancebo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 42nd minute, Douglas Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The West Town SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Angel Mena managed to get in a good position for a shot. West Town SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angel Mena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 47th minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Billy Jacquemet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Jacquemet came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Luca Zorita. But to his dismay, Luca Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Luis-Antonio Bolantin replaced Angulo Herquinigo. West Town SC's Torres Begal was substituted for Frutos Rojas. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Billy Jacquemet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Mena in the 90th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 92nd minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Billy Jacquemet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the West Town SC defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Billy Jacquemet. The West Town SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Billy Jacquemet should have stopped the shot. 96 minutes into the match, Micael Caicedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Micael Caicedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-5.
