Mystyc FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Julian Murillo. In the 6th match minute, Mystyc FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hieronim Kiewra to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Mystyc FC's Behçet Bostancıoğlu got a free kick in the 9th minute. 12 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Peru's Antonio Tenorio fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Modesto Roldanillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Oihenarte in the 18th minute of the match. Mystyc FC's Behçet Bostancıoğlu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emmanuel Reyes, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Mystyc FC's Modesto Roldanillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Tenorio in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Peru's Emmanuel Reyes got a free kick in the 35th minute. The supporters of Mystyc FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elias Oihenarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Elias Oihenarte made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonio Tenorio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Antonio Tenorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Antonio Tenorio came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Tenorio couldn't finish the play. Mystyc FC's Pastor Bras was substituted for Caner Erkin. Mystyc FC made a substitution. Alvaro Morata replaced Elias Oihenarte. In the 66th match minute, Mystyc FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Finn Bartels to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Morata in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Pastor Bras had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pastor Bras was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 79 minutes into the match, Mystyc FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Tenorio came free, but Modesto Roldanillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Efraim Gilabert. The supporters of Mystyc FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efraim Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Morata in the 84th minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Bras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Alvaro Morata sent off a good shot on target. Antonio Tenorio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Modesto Roldanillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mystyc FC's zone, Eliseo Mina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modesto Roldanillo came out of the goal and Eliseo Mina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Bras came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Pastor Bras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Bras in the 97th minute of play. The Peru manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Mystyc FC to win.
