Yağız Delfin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pardubice Hurricanes's goalkeeper Přemek Ouředník, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Club Atlético Baradero's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ruben Errolan in the 18th minute. Jorge Lander was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 24 minutes into the match, Vítek Bittner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Corderall. Club Atlético Baradero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vítek Bittner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A collision led to Club Atlético Baradero getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Mariano Bertran hit a great ball. Augusto Corderall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vítek Bittner's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The audience was convinced that Vítek Bittner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Corderall was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Svatomír Krajíček could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Augusto Corderall made a huge save. If Radoslav Plašil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yağız Delfin hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John-Graham Lake made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Vítek Bittner made a precise shot to the right of Augusto Corderall. Club Atlético Baradero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Verner Salling kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Augusto Corderall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vítek Bittner's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Club Atlético Baradero's Augusto Corderall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítek Bittner in the 59th minute of play. After 64 minutes, Verner Salling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Baradero and the Pardubice Hurricanes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Verner Salling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Corderall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítek Bittner, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. John-Graham Lake took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Přemek Ouředník. Přemek Ouředník dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Pardubice Hurricanes made a substitution. Jiří Rychtář replaced Vítek Bittner. Jiří Rychtář's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Corderall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Baradero's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslav Plašil came free, but Augusto Corderall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jiří Rychtář's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Corderall was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 82 minutes, Jiří Rychtář made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético Baradero's Augusto Corderall tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Baradero's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslav Plašil came free, but Augusto Corderall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Corderall came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Pardubice Hurricanes's Jiří Rychtář. But to his dismay, Jiří Rychtář quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1.
