Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kálmán Gácsi during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Zalasárszeg OSE getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Kálmán Gácsi hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Zalasárszeg OSE's goalkeeper György Tóth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. The supporters of Mexico booed when Zalasárszeg OSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szilárd Tótfalusi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but György Tóth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. György Tóth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute Kálmán Gácsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Zalasárszeg OSE's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 42 played minutes Zalasárszeg OSE got a freekick which was hit by Márton Horváth. In the 44th minute, Kálmán Gácsi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zalasárszeg OSE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 48 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Csaba Végvári came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Zalasárszeg OSE were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Márió Kállai was the one to do the kick off. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kálmán Gácsi in the 52nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. György Tóth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Csaba Végvári in the 58th minute of the match. Márton Horváth hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márió Kállai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but György Tóth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised György Tóth. György Tóth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 71 minutes into the game, Facundo Cadaval cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. György Tóth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 75 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kálmán Gácsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute Zalasárszeg OSE were awarded a corner. Márió Kállai went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Márió Kállai almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. 89 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that György Tóth narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márió Kállai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Zalasárszeg OSE were awarded a corner. Márió Kállai went to the cornerflag to take it. Márió Kállai made a great header on Zalasárszeg OSE's corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. When the referee ended the match the Mexico players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
