When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Erubiel Solustiano sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Txartiko in the 17th minute of play. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Cilio went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Erubiel Solustiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Fausto Etxekopar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fausto Etxekopar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 32 minutes into the game, Fausto Etxekopar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alvaro Odon made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Jaime Pardo sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 46 minutes, Erubiel Solustiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.D. Bar-Met's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Solustiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaime Pardo was the one to do the kick off. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Cilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Txartiko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Fausto Etxekopar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 70 minutes into the match, A.D. Bar-Met's Melchor Muc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Nores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Humberto Cilio got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-6. 72 minutes into the match. A.D. Bar-Met made a substitution. Joaquin Botello replaced Osvaldo Bilbo. A.D. Bar-Met's Baldomiro Gauargi was substituted for Fausto Txartiko. Paraguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Fausto Etxekopar scored to the left of an out of position Jacobo Nores, making the score, 0-7. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Jaime Pardo hit a great ball. The throw-in from Fausto Etxekopar in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Paraguay's Xavier Zoido. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Etxekopar, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The supporters of A.D. Bar-Met booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Pardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomiro Gauargis short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Jacobo Nores to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fausto Etxekopar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Paraguay fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A.D. Bar-Met were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
