Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Abel Ramalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Ramalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Ramalho in the 11th minute of the match. Diego Bradley made in the 20th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Monty Rogers. Reinaldo Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricart Futebol Clube's Andres Ekhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 24th minute of play. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Abel Ramalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anísio Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Andres Ekhi made a huge save. When Ricart Futebol Clube's Abel Ramalho in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Ricart Futebol Clube's Andres Ekhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 38th minute of play. USA were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Ricart Futebol Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. The corner ended in Zach Harrison almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ricart Futebol Clube's Andres Ekhi did a great save. In the 41st minute USA were awarded a corner. Cassius Byrne went to the cornerflag to take it. Monty Rogers struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Andres Ekhi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. After a rather tough play, Ricart Futebol Clube's Geovânio Gerber got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Abel Ramalho struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ricart Futebol Clube. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 60th minute of play forced Ricart Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Andres Ekhi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Ekhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob May, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori was substituted for Abel Ramalho. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. After some careless play in the Ricart Futebol Clube defense, Sam Campbell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres Ekhi. The Ricart Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres Ekhi should have stopped the shot. Ricart Futebol Clube's Marcos Prado was substituted for Vlad Geamănu. Andres Ekhi came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Monty Rogers. But to his dismay, Monty Rogers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusebio Hori in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Ricart Futebol Clube's zone, Marco Baker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Ekhi came out of the goal and Marco Baker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. USA fully deserved thier win.
