When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moises Fernandino made a kick off. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Orkatz, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Abram Luque was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Azeari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd minute, Moises Fernandino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Salvador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Luciano Azeari didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Fernandino went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 87th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Fernandino to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Azeari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Salvador were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Barrilete Cósmico for a fine match.
