Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Pirates of Black Sea's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Wasyl Modrzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Pirates of Black Sea booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dong Xi Jun's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After 7 played minutes Pirates of Black Sea got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Rıfat Reşat. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dong Xi Jun went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Wasyl Modrzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 16th minute of the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Facundo Cadaval managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Facundo Cadaval was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wasyl Modrzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 26th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Wasyl Modrzewski. Pirates of Black Sea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 36th minute Dong Xi Jun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dong Xi Jun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Wasyl Modrzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dong Xi Jun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Wasyl Modrzewski made a huge save. With a little luck, Pirates of Black Sea's Wasyl Modrzewski got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wasyl Modrzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute, Macos Graciani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute Pirates of Black Sea were awarded a corner. Ahmet Rıfat Reşat went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Pirates of Black Sea's corner Ahmet Rıfat Reşat fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wasyl Modrzewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wasyl Modrzewski was a little too slow when Alberto Tafalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-2. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Chris-George Chevalier came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wasyl Modrzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 77th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Wasyl Modrzewski in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Facundo Cadaval hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 84 played minutes, Pirates of Black Sea's Ahmet Rıfat Reşat shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Lacasa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pirates of Black Sea reached it. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Dowrick in the 88th minute of play. Chris-George Chevalier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pirates of Black Sea's Wasyl Modrzewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 92nd minute of play. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
