Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Mihail Coșereanu sent off a good shot on target. Komikoz FC's Cătălin Ciorbea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 5th minute of play. Alex Cambeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cătălin Ciorbea having to interfere. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Tomas Berganza hit a great ball. The supporters of Panama booed when Komikoz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Jose María San Roman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cătălin Ciorbea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Mihail Coșereanu sent off a good shot on target. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lander Calquín, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Cambeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Coșereanu in the 30th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Komikoz FC's Lander Calquín slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 1-0 after 34 minutes of play. Cătălin Ciorbea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 39th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Komikoz FC made a substitution. Gerard Deves replaced Ernst Åkesson. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Lander Calquín had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lander Calquín was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of Komikoz FC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Barrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Panama's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albertinho das Neves was slow to take the kick. During this time Komikoz FC's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Felipe Ros hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Lander Calquín hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Cătălin Ciorbea to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Komikoz FC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Jatsu in the 78th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, Saul Jatsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 83 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Coșereanu came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Komikoz FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Panama had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
