Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 30th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Abdulaziz Onsoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Viktor Lindelof hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Talento Futebol clube's José Maria Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 44th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Souza. Talento Futebol clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdulaziz Onsoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th play minute Cristian Sancho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised José Maria Souza. 1-3. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 62 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but José Maria Souza made a huge save. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Talento Futebol clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Talento Futebol clube's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Talento Futebol clube's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 66 played minutes Talento Futebol clube got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Lindelof. A collision led to Talento Futebol clube getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Gabriel Hoffmann hit a great ball. After 69 played minutes Talento Futebol clube got a freekick which was hit by Francois Custermans. 70 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Luis Andino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Maria Souza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. José Maria Souza made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Talento Futebol clube's José Maria Souza got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gualter Proença hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Per-Arne Delin might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per-Arne Delin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 94th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but José Maria Souza was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. José Maria Souza was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6.
