Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andres Pello kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes of play, Pegaso FC's Andres Pello made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Pegaso FC's Dante Casado. But to his dismay, Dante Casado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 16th minute Andres Pello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Patricio Sagulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Imran Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imran Johnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Miralles in the 22nd minute of the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Andres Pello tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Pegaso FC's Andres Pello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 32 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. In the 35th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Imran Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Carita hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Marco Nocedo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Jose Carita made in the 40th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Miguel Miralles however managed to control. After a defensive mix-up in Pegaso FC's zone, Isidoro Sarmiento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Imran Johnsson came out of the goal and Isidoro Sarmiento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Imran Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Teobaldo Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Andres Pello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andres Pello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Pegaso FC's Niculae Boltașu was substituted for Orlando Beti. The throw-in from Jose Carita in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pegaso FC's Alejo Isak. After 69 minutes of play, Pegaso FC's Andres Pello made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin do Nascimento in the 80th minute of play. Franklin do Nascimento took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 85 minutes into the match, Franklin do Nascimento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franklin do Nascimento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 93rd minute, Franklin do Nascimento made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Panama's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
