Zé Sabóia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gürsel Aksel's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Gürsel Aksel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Basmane Texas's supporters rose to their feet, but Gürsel Aksel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Sabóia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Gürsel Aksel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zé Sabóia. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goalkeeper Zé Sabóia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gürsel Aksel. 15 minutes into the match, Gürsel Aksel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé Sabóia, 2-0. 19 minutes into the game, Gürsel Aksel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Zé Sabóia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Borys Budarz made a great header on Basmane Texas's corner, it was just that Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia managed to reach the ball for a save. Basmane Texas's Franco Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Torres in the 32nd minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Basmane Texas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serkan Kocaman to maneuver through the defense. Gürsel Aksel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Zé Sabóia made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's Gürsel Aksel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Sabóia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 41 minutes Saiko FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Borys Budarz who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Basmane Texas's corner Borys Budarz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zé Sabóia quite easily take care of the ball. In the 46th minute, Basmane Texas's Gürsel Aksel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Sabóia. Zé Sabóia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gürsel Aksel to make the kick off. If Gürsel Aksel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zé Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürsel Aksel in the 52nd minute of play. Gürsel Aksel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Sabóia having to interfere. Gürsel Aksel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zé Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürsel Aksel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gürsel Aksel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Sabóia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Zé Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürsel Aksel in the 72nd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's Gürsel Aksel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Sabóia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zé Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürsel Aksel in the 80th minute of the match. Basmane Texas's Franco Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Basmane Texas from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the game, Basmane Texas's Ignatios Ksiromeritis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Sabóia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Basmane Texas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
