Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mete Nared in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvaldo Tande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Socanelas FC's goalkeeper Edvaldo Tande, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Socanelas FC's Douglas Basso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 46th minute Wincent Mikulski clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. Cléber Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Socanelas FC's Tanek Dziechciowski was substituted for Douglas Basso. After 48 played minutes Vila Nova FC got a freekick which was hit by Cléber Pinho. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Vila Nova FC's goal looked a bit too open when 蔡银镇 came free, but Fiori Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luís Penha in the 78th minute of play forced Vila Nova FC's goalkeeper Fiori Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Socanelas FC's Edvaldo Tande got control of the ball when Leonardo Giroud tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fiori Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanek Dziechciowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvaldo Tande made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mete Nared in the 85th minute. Leonardo Giroud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edvaldo Tande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Vladimir Lara hit a great ball. Vila Nova FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Socanelas FC had won, even though Vila Nova FC had held more of the ball.
