The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edvaldo Tande showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucian Tigana in the 18th minute of play forced Socanelas FC's goalkeeper Edvaldo Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Vinícius Urbano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Socanelas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinícius Urbano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teo Marino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute Lucian Tigana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
