The audience thought a goal was coming when Murillo Paranaense got free with Cristo Colas in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristo Colas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilian Lopez in the 26th minute of play. Adan Otsoko was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience was convinced that Wilian Lopez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristo Colas was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35th minute Adan Otsoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Rechnitzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilian Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Cristo Colas made a huge save. Cristo Colas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wilian Lopez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 39 minute of play.
