Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alejandro Martxelin got the match started through his kick off. Capo de Provincia's Héctor Barra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Capo de Provincia from getting a goal against them. In the 4th minute Alejandro Martxelin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Capo de Provincia were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. César Pretot took the corner. After taking down the ball on Capo de Provincia's corner Tao Han fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thiago Pliego quite easily take care of the ball. Alejandro Martxelin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Carballar to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Martxelin in the 18th minute of play. Alejandro Martxelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Martxelin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Capo de Provincia's Juan Riquelme. But to his dismay, Juan Riquelme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 38th match minute, Capo de Provincia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Riquelme to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Héctor Barra was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Héctor Barra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half Capo de Provincia were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Héctor Barra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Martxelin in the 58th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Héctor Barra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Capo de Provincia got a freekick which was hit by Qiao Qi. Capo de Provincia's Eder Garland was substituted for César Pretot. Capo de Provincia made a substitution. David Villa replaced Epifanío Mejia. Qiao Qi hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Luis Jiménez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Héctor Barra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Héctor Barra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Capo de Provincia's goalkeeper Héctor Barra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Qiao Qi hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Riquelme went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Guillermo Fontirroig came free in the 90th minute and tried to tip the ball over Héctor Barra, but to the joy of Capo de Provincia's supporters the ball went over. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Jiménez in the 94th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Chile's Guillermo Fontirroig got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Capo de Provincia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Capo de Provincia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
