Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) CE LAJEADENSE RS's Zhuo Chao Chuan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Orlan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Christian Orlan in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Zhuo Chao Chuan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Cotilla was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Iigo in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. In the 14th match minute, CE LAJEADENSE RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Iigo to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Orlan having to interfere. Zhuo Chao Chuan took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Christian Orlan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Christian Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Saad in the 36th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Iigo came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthew Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhuo Chao Chuan in the 44th minute of play. Udo Nigula took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

CE LAJEADENSE RS made a substitution. Renato Quadros replaced Jorge Pires. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Berganza to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Iigo got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute, Zhuo Chao Chuan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Udo Nigula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Marcos Cotilla managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when CE LAJEADENSE RS's Leo Iigo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 67th minute Leo Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CE LAJEADENSE RS getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Renato Quadros hit a great ball. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Bater Palma was substituted for Udo Nigula. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Anísio Koehler was substituted for Caetano Saad. Renato Quadros hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 72 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Renato Quadros. 75 minutes into the game, Bater Palma recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla. Bater Palma showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Leo Iigo sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute, Zhuo Chao Chuan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 82nd minute, Bater Palma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Panama's Tomas Berganza got a free kick in the 85th minute. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Anísio Koehler sent off a good shot on target. Christian Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The CE LAJEADENSE RS players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
