Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. 12 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abelardo Bernabel. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Adamski in the 16th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. In the 28th minute, one of Centeno:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Centeno. Centeno:s Ambrosio Dacio showed great skill when he stopped Daniel Zorita:s penalty. After some careless play in the Centeno defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ambrosio Dacio. The Centeno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ambrosio Dacio should have stopped the shot. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Centeno's Dariusz Adamski got a free kick in the 35th minute. Toro Halland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ambrosio Dacio came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Toro Halland made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Ambrosio Dacio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Felix Montenegro sped through Centeno's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ambrosio Dacio. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Matai in the 63rd minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Toro Halland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 75 minutes, Abelardo Bernabel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Centeno and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Abelardo Bernabel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Ambrosio Dacio made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ambrosio Dacio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ambrosio Dacio could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toro Halland in the 86th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Centeno made a substitution. Eugenio Ixidor replaced Abelardo Bernabel. Ambrosio Dacio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 90 minute of play. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Centeno throughout the match.
