Demonde Jacobson made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Putut Sophian sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute Dedi Sujatmiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geroy Ascue to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Nugie Surbakti from long distance, 17 minutes into the match, got Demonde Jacobson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of RED SHARK FC booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamaall Padmore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ardhika Marpaung could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Demonde Jacobson made a huge save. Zulham Romansyah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romon Oliver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Finlay Stair took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zulham Romansyah. Zulham Romansyah dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Ardhika Marpaung kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Demonde Jacobson. That made the score 2-1 in the 35 minute of play. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedi Sujatmiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the game, RED SHARK FC's Sahat Suwondo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demonde Jacobson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 44th minute, RED SHARK FC's Putut Sophian ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. When Finlay Stair came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Jamaica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Finlay Stair couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jamaall Padmore hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Kordal Duff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Putut Sophian in the 58th minute of play. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from May Danurwindo went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. RED SHARK FC made a substitution. Nandang Sutisna replaced Dedi Sujatmiko. The audience was convinced that Finlay Stair's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zulham Romansyah was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Sahat Suwondo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demonde Jacobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. In the 82nd minute, Nugie Surbakti made a precise shot to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-2. Finlay Stair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Zulham Romansyah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jarell Hill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute May Danurwindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. RED SHARK FC had played much better football throughout.
