Vladimir Romero hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Ian Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Geovanni Valadares charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geovanni Valadares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Geovanni Valadares got a free kick in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Abraham Alguacil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ian Brasil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A sloppy throw-in by Matthew Garrido in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Fiori Diniz. After 30 minutes of play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ian Brasil was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ian Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 37th minute of play. A throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game was made by Matthew Garrido with Alex Cambeiro as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Ian Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 43rd minute of play. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Ian Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Cambeiro in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodoro Prestes was the one to do the kick off. A nice corner shot did that Abraham Alguacil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ian Brasil quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ian Brasil made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. Ian Brasil came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Isidoro Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s attentive Fiori Diniz managed to snatch the ball when Abraham Alguacil made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Ian Brasil in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ian Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute, Elói Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, Felipe Ros threw the ball into play from the sideline. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Gernando Maranhense quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ian Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 82nd minute of play. With a little luck, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Ian Brasil got control of the ball when Isidoro Sarmiento tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. In the 90th minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ian Brasil was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. In the 94th minute, Abraham Alguacil made a precise shot to the right of Ian Brasil. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. 98 minutes into the match, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Ian Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
