If Sahat Suwondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sahat Suwondo in the 6th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanley Wallace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zulham Romansyah having to interfere. Ardhika Marpaung scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute, Troy Kennedy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ardhika Marpaung, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedi Sujatmiko in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 37th minute May Danurwindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ardhika Marpaung struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RED SHARK FC. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Sahat Suwondo sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. In the 48th minute Sahat Suwondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half RED SHARK FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee ignored Curacao's protests and gave Troy Kennedy a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Charles Cox got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Nugie Surbakti sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Curacao's Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move. Curacao's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Putut Sophian scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Barrett, making the score, 0-4. In the 80th minute, Kyle Davies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st play minute Nugie Surbakti came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bruno Barrett. 0-5. In the 85th minute of the match Ardhika Marpaung sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Barrett skillfully saved the ball. Putut Sophian struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RED SHARK FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rocco Owen during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 87 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Rocco Owen. Rocco Owen kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. May Danurwindo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. RED SHARK FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. RED SHARK FC played a much better game than Curacao and deserved their victory. The Curacao players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
