Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Teodoro Prestes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Jose Correa took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ian Brasil to make any attempt to save it. Ian Brasil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Guillermo Mariano scored 3-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ian Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 played minutes Patricio Costa rounded ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. Ian Brasil made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Guillermo Mariano sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Ian Brasil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Guillermo Mariano's late challenge caught a ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Mariano helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezuela! 33 minutes into the match, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Ian Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Venezuela's Patricio Costa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. The throw-in from Camilo Gaos in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Vladimir Romero. In the 39th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillermo Mariano made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tomas Illescas immediately put the ball in play. 47 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ian Brasil. Tomas Illescas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ian Brasil. The ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ian Brasil should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Ian Brasil. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ian Brasil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Brasil having to interfere. Ian Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 87th minute, Teodoro Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Teodoro Prestes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Guillermo Mariano, made in the 92nd minute of the game.
