Alexander Tehas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after TUNGSTA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. The corner led Mexico's Alberto Tafalla to fire away a dangerous shot which Alexander Tehas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 4 minutes, Alberto Tafalla made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. TUNGSTA's Alexander Tehas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. TUNGSTA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Angelo Montaño thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Alexander Tehas, a very annoying self made goal in the 10th minute which led to 0-2. In the 18th minute of the game Macos Graciani made a throw-in which Facundo Cadaval played forward. TUNGSTA's Alexander Tehas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 29th minute of play. Alexander Tehas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 39th minute of play. Eugenio Romillo's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenio Romillo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, TUNGSTA's Eugenio Romillo got a free kick in the 44th minute. After a rather tough play, TUNGSTA's Moreta Villarruel got a free kick in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Romillo in the 53rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TUNGSTA's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Alexander Tehas in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Eugenio Romillo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the TUNGSTA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Romillo couldn't finish the play. Alexander Tehas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alexander Tehas quite easily take care of the ball. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Alexander Tehas made a huge save. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 73rd minute. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but TUNGSTA's Alexander Tehas did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Alexander Tehas in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 78 played minutes TUNGSTA got a freekick which was hit by Marin Salamanca. Alexander Tehas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Alexander Tehas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alexander Tehas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 86th minute of play. In the 89thth minute of the game Jacobo Ruilopez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
