The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Modestio got free with Donato Balestra in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Donato Balestra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán hit a great ball. In the 19th match minute, Calenzano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonello Di Toma to maneuver through the defense. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donato Balestra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Calenzano's goalkeeper Donato Balestra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán. Ruperto Modestio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Federico Tedeschi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Calenzano's Donato Balestra got control of the ball when Ruperto Modestio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 38 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Mendiko. Ariel Mourelatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Tedeschi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Ahmed Sinan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Donato Balestra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Modestio in the 52nd minute of the match. Federico Tedeschi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Ariel Mourelatos made a huge save. Donato Balestra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Calenzano made a substitution. Comunardo Chizzo replaced Ennio Daniele. Amboy FC's Roberto Rodriguez was substituted for Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán. After 86 played minutes Calenzano got a freekick which was hit by Achille Sciamanna. If Arturo Di Matteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute Arturo Di Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Enzo Martelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calenzano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amboy FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Calenzano's Enzo Martelli got a free kick in the 89th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
