Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis made the kick off and thus started the match. Hugo Ferrant hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Costa Rica's Alexander Carballo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alexander Carballo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Costa Rica protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alexander Carballo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 13th minute there was a penalty for FC Alkomaty. Wojciech Brytan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Benito Sanz. 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Spychalski came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominik Spychalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominik Spychalski in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Dominik Spychalski made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominik Spychalski in the 31st minute of play. Dominik Spychalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dominik Spychalski in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. When FC Alkomaty's Dominik Spychalski in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44th minute, Dominik Spychalski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Dominik Spychalski notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dominik Spychalski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dominik Spychalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Hugo Ferrant in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Alkomaty's Szymon Wiater. A hard shot 66 in the game by Dominik Spychalski from a close distance when the talented Benito Sanz managed to make a qualified save. Costa Rica's players were relieved. Dominik Spychalski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Dominik Spychalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the game, Dominik Spychalski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 93rd minute, Costa Rica's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dominik Spychalski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Szymon Wiater stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Szymon Wiater tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over FC Alkomaty could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Costa Rica throughout the match.
