Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. Red Reign's Lopez Portanares managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Camilo Gisbert in the 7 minute of the game. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Villamarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 12th minute of play forced Red Reign's goalkeeper Dawid Ratulowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximo Villamarin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Villamarin in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led Red Reign's Ximun Jaen to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Red Reign's Ximun Jaen managed to work through Ecuador's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ximun Jaen dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 29 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Villamarin came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Red Reign was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Villamarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximo Villamarin was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dawid Ratulowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Dawid Ratulowski was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Red Reign through an amazing save. In the 58th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Red Reign's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 60th minute, Luis Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Maximo Villamarin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Villamarin in the 63rd minute of play. Maximo Villamarin scored 2-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Villamarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Dawid Ratulowski in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Red Reign was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zigor Ardanza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin. But to his dismay, Maximo Villamarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Agustín Saelices recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Red Reign were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
