The tension between the Futuros FC and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 14 played minutes Futuros FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Augusto Baptista. Raúl Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 19th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Futuros FC! 26 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raúl Nóbrega. Futuros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 28th minute, Francisco Carballar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Futuros FC's goalkeeper Raúl Nóbrega, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raúl Nóbrega. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnaldo Salgado to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Futuros FC's goalkeeper Raúl Nóbrega, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fábio Toscano charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fábio Toscano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Futuros FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Fábio Toscano hit a great ball. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Chile's Mariano Lacasa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Papi Hamburger in the 63rd minute of the match. Pedro Augusto Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Xavier Figueroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raúl Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute of the match Chile got a corner. Futuros FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Chile's Mariano Lacasa to fire away a dangerous shot which Raúl Nóbrega despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Futuros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Raúl Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Futuros FC's Raúl Nóbrega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Futuros FC from getting a goal against them. Raúl Nóbrega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Casaus in the 78th minute. When Pedro Augusto Baptista was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. Raúl Nóbrega was a little too slow when Mariano Lacasa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-10. In the 93rd minute, Mariano Lacasa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Raúl Nóbrega. The goal made the score 1-11. Chile's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
