Alejandro Papaggelatos struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Armada Buscapina. Chupan Moco made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Chupan Moco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 14th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Papaggelatos in the 15th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Carballar. Thanks to some nice moves Axel Montenegro could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Chupan Moco however easily saved by the left post. After 22 minutes La Armada Buscapina's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Axel Montenegro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Chupan Moco quite easily take care of the ball. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 23rd minute. With a little luck, La Armada Buscapina's Chupan Moco got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elano Negro made in the 33rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Antonio Indiano. Chupan Moco made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. La Armada Buscapina's Alejandro Papaggelatos got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chupan Moco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santino Seco in the 39th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Alejandro Papaggelatos made the kick off in the second half. Abram Sarmiento took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chupan Moco. Chupan Moco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 54th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chupan Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Antonio Indiano in the 55th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Armada Buscapina's Marian Galaska. In the 63rd match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. After 66 minutes of play, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chupan Moco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia made a substitution. In the 72nd minute, Denílson Ronaldinho made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was a little too slow when Denílson Ronaldinho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 2-3. 81 minutes into the game, La Armada Buscapina's Denílson Ronaldinho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Denílson Ronaldinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Denílson Ronaldinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Ronaldinho in the 87th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, La Armada Buscapina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 贺剑永 to maneuver through the defense. When Liev Tolstoy came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the La Armada Buscapina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liev Tolstoy couldn't finish the play. The La Armada Buscapina players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
