In the 3rd minute, TZILACATZIN's Conrado Heriberto seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Conrado Heriberto the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of TZILACATZIN protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Conrado Heriberto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Conrado Heriberto kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in TZILACATZIN's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Manni came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to TZILACATZIN getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Guido Elivareo hit a great ball. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Celso Manni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. In the 17th match minute, TZILACATZIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Jerardo to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Celso Manni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Panama's Abraham Alguacil in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TZILACATZIN's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to TZILACATZIN getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Antonio Ibar hit a great ball. Celso Manni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abraham Alguacil went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Celso Manni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, TZILACATZIN's Eleuterio Maraman got a free kick in the 41st minute. After having played for 41 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind TZILACATZIN's goalkeeper Celso Manni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ubaldo Ioritz kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Inocencio Herauso made a kick off. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Alex Cambeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celso Manni was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. With a little luck, TZILACATZIN's Celso Manni got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Celso Manni in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Celso Manni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Herauso, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomas Berganza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Celso Manni. That made the score 0-5 in the 76 minute of play. Celso Manni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Miralles in the 83rd minute of play forced TZILACATZIN's goalkeeper Celso Manni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celso Manni. That made the score 0-6 after 87 minutes of play. Miguel Miralles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Celso Manni made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Panama left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than TZILACATZIN.
