Betinho Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Betinho Falcão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Falcão in the 7th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Betinho Falcão went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The throw-in from Pedro Ribeiro in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Ivan Navarro. The supporters of Honduras booed when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Acácio Gaspar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 16th minute. If Zé Paulo Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yoga Cura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Betinho Falcão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo Neves came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Paulo Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Mostovoi struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร. Yoga Cura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Inácio Moreira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Acácio Gaspar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edmundo Espiga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 39 minute of play. Yoga Cura charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yoga Cura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betinho Falcão in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Betinho Falcão's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoga Cura in the 56th minute of play. Zé Paulo Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Yoga Cura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yoga Cura struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร. Honduras's attentive Luca Espinar managed to snatch the ball when Inácio Moreira made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. In the 76th minute, Honduras's Milagros Cabal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Milagros Cabal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Honduras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Milagros Cabal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร. Uriel Porfirio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lautaro Navarro. 1-4. 89 minutes into the game, Ivan Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร the free kick. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Honduras's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Betinho Falcão scored to the left of an out of position Lautaro Navarro, making the score, 1-5. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Yoga Cura tried to sneak it across the goal line. Inácio Moreira made in the 96th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Beraldo Arboleda. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Falcão in the 97th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Honduras fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
