Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Ali Artuner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Øvrebø in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Martin Øvrebø did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Pedro Manzanares 56 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute of the match, Martin Øvrebø got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Manzanares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, 庄卫希 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
