Denis Lico helped the player get up and apologised. Denis Lico hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Cyprien Bénard kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Piekarczyk in the 14th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kazimierz Piekarczyk in the 23rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Piekarczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhittin Pamiroğlu in the 54th minute of the match. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Venezuela booed when LEON FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Lico didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Francisco Papo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anier Sanduru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. The Venezuela supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LEON FC's performance. The match ended with a win for LEON FC.
