In the 11thth minute of the game Yoga Cura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute, Zé Paulo Neves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 18th minute. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yoga Cura went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betinho Falcão in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Betinho Falcão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 26 played minutes Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร got a freekick which was hit by Caio Souza. If Axel Tasis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alan Moruga during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. Hugo Ferrant hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Pedro Ribeiro scored 0-5 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yoga Cura made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Yoga Cura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yoga Cura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 56th minute of the match, Yoga Cura got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benito Sanz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 61 minutes, Betinho Falcão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's supporters crossed their fingers, but Betinho Falcão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Acácio Gaspar came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yoga Cura scored 0-7 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute, Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Zé Paulo Neves dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. In the 75th minute of the match Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร got a corner. Costa Rica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rony Pena ran over to the corner to take the kick. 77 minutes into the match, Yoga Cura dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 0-9. In the 81stth minute of the game Yoga Cura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rdth minute of the game Axel Tasis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Acácio Gaspar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yoga Cura got free with Benito Sanz in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Mostovoi in the 87th minute of play. Aaron Alcocer scored 1-9 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Acácio Gaspar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Costa Rica.
