Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Lauta Army's Seoirse McJon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Adam Doykin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Seoirse McJon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Seoirse McJon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Seoirse McJon put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 19th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcial Meder. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislav Angelov in the 22nd minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Nesho Kúrkov heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Seoirse McJon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Seoirse McJon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A hard shot 45 in the game by Seoirse McJon from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. When Jose Correa fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jose Correa a yellow card for diving instead. Stanislav Angelov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Seoirse McJon in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislav Angelov in the 60th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanislav Angelov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lauta Army made a substitution. Rumen Atanasov replaced Mladen Vergov. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Doykin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zanko Boshikyov, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Meder in the 77th minute of play. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute of the match Marcial Meder shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislav Angelov came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Doykin having to interfere. Lauta Army were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
