Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kazimierz Piekarczyk started the match with the kick off. Kazimierz Piekarczyk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Camilo Franco got a free kick in the 6th minute. When Uruguay's Francisco Seco in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LEON FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anier Sanduru saved LEON FC from getting behind. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to LEON FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Kazım Kutbay hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match LEON FC got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adan Panfilo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Adan Panfilo made a great header on LEON FC's corner, it was just that Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso managed to reach the ball for a save. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rdth minute of the game Francisco Seco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LEON FC's Anier Sanduru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Papo went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Uruguay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Cazalla in the 34th minute. It was a well-played corner which Jorge Sainz managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Anier Sanduru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 37th minute of the match. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. With his leg Anier Sanduru managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Anier Sanduru in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Kazimierz Piekarczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEON FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kazimierz Piekarczyk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, LEON FC's Anier Sanduru got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. LEON FC's Anier Sanduru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save LEON FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 81st minute of play forced LEON FC's goalkeeper Anier Sanduru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anier Sanduru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Escribano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Anier Sanduru was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 95 minutes into the match, LEON FC's goalkeeper Anier Sanduru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LEON FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
