Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Javier Abin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Javier Abin in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 9th minute of play forced ...Pingue S.C....'s goalkeeper Javier Abin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Axel Montenegro took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Javier Abin to make any attempt to save it. In the 15th minute, Colombia's Kevin Mastache dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Reinaldo Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Tiaguinho Gavilanes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Javier Abin made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Pascual Carballar sent off a good shot on target. ...Pingue S.C....'s Tiaguinho Gavilanes got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Díaz Principe in the 33rd minute of play. Alessandro Gavilanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Indiano to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Mastache hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Freitas in the 44th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Mastache. ...Pingue S.C.... made a substitution. Tạ Gavilanes replaced Tiaguinho Gavilanes. After 48 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Mastache. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santi Gavilanes in the 56th minute of play. Díaz Principe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignacio Mastache in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Abin saved ...Pingue S.C.... from getting behind. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Ignacio Mastache sped through ...Pingue S.C....'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Javier Abin. ...Pingue S.C.... made a substitution. Paulo Yurre replaced Díaz Principe. ...Pingue S.C....'s Sebastean Gavilanes was substituted for Alessandro Gavilanes.
