Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute Robert Vincent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Emerson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 9th minute of play. Valentín Carvallo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Sidney Eldridge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 14th minute of play forced Brannik's goalkeeper Ignacio Emerson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ignacio Emerson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The throw-in from Moises Tafalla in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Brannik's Rickie Garcia. After some careless play in the Brannik defense, Edmundo Espiga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacio Emerson. The Brannik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacio Emerson should have stopped the shot. Rickie Garcia hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Rickie Garcia in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Christian Sancho. 36 minutes into the match, Brannik's goalkeeper Ignacio Emerson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. Milagros Cabal made in the 47th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sebastian Villa however managed to control. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. Stefan Pierson made in the 51st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rich Keith immediately put the ball in play. Ignacio Emerson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Brannik's Sidney Eldridge got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Emerson was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Ignacio Emerson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After having played for 67 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ignacio Emerson came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After a rather tough play, Brannik's Moises Ponce got a free kick in the 74th minute. Brannik's Ignacio Emerson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 78th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Emerson was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 84th match minute, Brannik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Ponce to maneuver through the defense. Ignacio Emerson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 played minutes Brannik got a freekick which was hit by Moises Ponce. Ivan Navarro got a throw-in 89 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sebastian Villa. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Emerson was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 91st minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Emerson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Edmundo Espiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Ignacio Emerson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Honduras were the better team. Honduras's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
