Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Sport Club Mavericks's Zézinho Neto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Mavericks's Alexsandro Lira got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Dito Ferraz charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dito Ferraz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th minute, Dito Ferraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Téo Guimarães made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Maximiliano Escribano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amadeu Prado. That made the score 1-1 in the 13 minute of play. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Amadeu Prado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 20th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Sport Club Mavericks got a freekick which was hit by Dito Ferraz. In the 26th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Escribano to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zézinho Neto in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Sport Club Mavericks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateus Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zézinho Neto in the 33rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amadeu Prado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Sport Club Mavericks's Amadeu Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 41st minute of play. The throw-in from Mateus Novaes in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. Amadeu Prado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 48th minute by Maximiliano Escribano got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 48 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amadeu Prado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. Jaime Cazalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davi Rossis short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Joaquin Gayoso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mateus Novaes lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Sport Club Mavericks getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Mateus Novaes hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 68th minute of play forced Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Amadeu Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximiliano Escribano scored 4-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeu Prado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amadeu Prado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Prado having to interfere. Ian Marinho made in the 87th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alexsandro Lira immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Cazalla in the 89th minute of play forced Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Amadeu Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Sport Club Mavericks's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Gisbert came free, but Amadeu Prado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeu Prado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 92nd minute of the match. Rogério Cean hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Davi Rossi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Davi Rossi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uruguay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
