Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Sixto Larra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Cityzens Mdz's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Melkior Thorslev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 4th minute of play forced Cityzens Mdz's goalkeeper Melkior Thorslev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 8 minutes into the game, when Joaquin Prats put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Peru's Joaquin Prats got a free kick in the 9th minute. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Kaiet in the 10th minute of play. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hillar Tuus in the 14 minute of the game. 17 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmy Zambata. 18 minutes into the game, Alberto Argider threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The throw-in from Alberto Argider in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Damaso Lain tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eliseo Mina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damaso Lain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Luz Tejedor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melkior Thorslev having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Eliseo Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Bruno Kaiet in the 46th minute really tested Rolando Noboa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.

Moises Gayoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melkior Thorslev having to interfere. Peru were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Cityzens Mdz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. The supporters of Peru booed when Cityzens Mdz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zaid Paker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Gayoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cityzens Mdz's Jimmy Zambata quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emmanuel Reyes, made in the 71st minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Emmanuel Reyes in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cityzens Mdz's Zaid Paker. The supporters of Peru booed when Cityzens Mdz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Argider didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute of the match Luz Tejedor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melkior Thorslev skillfully saved the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Hillar Tuus threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 81st minute, Cityzens Mdz's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Milagros Fraga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Larra, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Eliseo Alcocer succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 92nd playminute. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
