Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cullan Dimson made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Cullan Dimson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 10th minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pat Walker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ailill Ryan during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Pat Walker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 16 minutes, Lautaro Puig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Dhún na nGall™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Cullan Dimson put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. Axel Tasis's late challenge caught a Dhún na nGall™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Axel Tasis helped the player get up and apologised. Cullan Dimson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Dhún na nGall™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terrence Hunt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 minutes, Terrence Hunt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dhún na nGall™ and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Terrence Hunt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the game, John Myler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dhún na nGall™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Costa Rica the free kick. In the 35th minute of the match Axel Tasis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pat Walker skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 44th minute. Cullan Dimson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. Dhún na nGall™'s Bairthmead Hunt got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bairthmead Hunt in the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Cullan Dimson notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 59 minutes, Irwin Keegan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dhún na nGall™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Irwin Keegan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Dhún na nGall™ fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Dhún na nGall™'s Cullan Dimson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cullan Dimson in the 67th minute of the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cullan Dimson in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Costa Rica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cullan Dimson was slow to take the kick. During this time Dhún na nGall™'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Dhún na nGall™'s corner Cullan Dimson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benito Sanz quite easily take care of the ball. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bairthmead Hunt in the 72nd minute of the match. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Alexander Carballo hit a great ball. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cullan Dimson's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 86th minute Cullan Dimson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Bairthmead Hunt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dhún na nGall™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Bairthmead Hunt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pat Walker made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Axel Tasis sent off a good shot on target. There was no doubt that Dhún na nGall™ were the better team. Dhún na nGall™'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
