Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Paulo Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Zé Paulo Neves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. After 29 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Valentino Ferrant. The audience was convinced that Yoga Cura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ricardo Zorita was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Moises Fernandino charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Yoga Cura tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Uriel Porfirio in the 67th minute really tested Ricardo Zorita's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Yoga Cura succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 69th playminute. 73 minutes into the match, Betinho Falcão had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Betinho Falcão was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After 76 minutes, Caio Souza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร and the El Salvador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Caio Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Mostovoi in the 78th minute of the match. Beraldo Arboleda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Zorita having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yoga Cura got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Falcão in the 93rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Betinho Falcão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Betinho Falcão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zé Paulo Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El Salvador throughout the match.
